Who We Are

We are the resident-driven arm of the Healthy Hartford Hub initiative, advocating for food justice in our neighborhoods.

What We Do

We advocate on behalf of our neighbors in North Hartford, effectively garnering resources that promote operational change.

How We Do It

By building healthier communities together. We facilitate communication between residents and healthcare institutions in collaboration with local government & anchor institutions, i.e., non-profit organizations, and hospitals.

Why We Do It

We believe that empowered and engaged residents bring diverse perspectives that will result in a more vibrant and healthy city.
